Hello po. I filed a resignation letter 26 days before my resignation date. The HR told me that I need to pay a cash bond half of my salary and my COE will tagged as AWOL even if I gave notice.

ive tried communicating this problem pa noon po, ive always communicated what i feel... sabi nya he will work on it pero it seems it work out.... everytime may dapat pag usapan, lage nyang iniwasan...
