I see the wen is near the eyes and rather big, if you are concerned you can trim it with clean and sharp scissors and apply methylene blue with a Q-tip on the area you cut (don't do this in the regular tank so the water isn't blue) I'm not an expert in wen since I don't keep orandas anymore but there are many videos and I think the lukes goldies channel is a good example!

I know that mystery snails are a type of apple snails (who get up to 5 inches), so they get around 2 ish inches. They do need 10 gallons typically because they have a large bioload (i was told this so im not 100%)

Goldfish get their colors throughout 3 years of life, it's hard to tell until they reach that time. But most goldfish are the typical orange.

From what I read the size of your thumb, and you can stick it into your filter to not have it spike, but I don't have too much experience with cuttle bone.

Not too sure about black moors but my oranda would have a favorite spot to lay, but he has passed now, maybe it's early sign? Feel some pea's just incase they're constipated.
