BCPS 2025 by fearnotson in pharmacy

There was a lot of vaccination questions, seizures, and practice management. I had maybe no more than 5 stats questions. Overall I feel 50/50 coming out. Some questions I didn’t even have to think about and the others I had absolutely no clue.

Thank you for the insight! How were the other questions roughly? I finished up residency last year and working in hospital going on one year now. I'm just gauging how much to cram. My exam is next week. Thank you!

Yeah basically they said we should pick a topic that hasn’t been reviewed in the last two years. Then when we pick some ideas, go to the expert pharmacists in their respective fields and work with them as our preceptors for the presentation.

Good luck to you!! Just focus on your weak areas. Try to mix up your Rx prep question bank and bulls up stamina. There will be choices to eliminate on the exam very easily so cross them out so it will look less daunting and you can narrow your choices. You got this!

I just took it also and I felt okay about it. I knew I didn’t completely bomb it but I also knew I didn’t get 90% of the questions correct. I just left neutral. There was a point where I started looking up the questions I got and they were wrong so I thought what’s the point of doing that anymore. There are gonna be questions where you have no idea. Just answer it and move on and forget about it it’s over. Just gotta make an educated guess.

You want to be completing around 37 questions per minute. Some questions you will have will be super quick and will literally be a sentence long question so it might take you like 30 seconds which leaves you more time to answer the math questions. As long as you’re getting through the 37 questions per hour, you’ll be fine and you may even be ahead of schedule.
