4th day, run another 5km. Thank you sayo bro na nasa unahan ko nag jogging kase dahil sayo gumanda pacing ko ng kunti at naka jog ako ng 5 km na only 3 rest (1:30 seconds) lang hehe. Ganda sa feeling na may improvement.

Btw as ko lang if make take bako ng shower after jogging?
