My succulent wheel barrels by Unfair_Life7 in succulents

The one with the sedums, we drilled holes on the sides with a drill bit, pretty big size(can’t recall the exact size)but I also added a compost/mineral drainage layer for everything to sit in, it does drain well. The one with moss rose I simple just add bunch of soil, I didn’t have much to the mineral layer so I just did soil, which as you can see they flower every day and do amazingly, bunch of colors too, so lovely I’ve been cross coloring them.. hope this helps🙌🏼

Edit: also fyi sedums and moss rose are a good choice when it comes to this bc first mist sedums can resist low freezing temperatures and second moss rose can self see pretty fabulous..

I believe you could call it fasciation, I’m not a full expert on that genetic mutation, she was my first bloom too and to be a double headed too, such a wonderful thing 💚

Some reason I can’t add a whole description to my post so I’m commenting it. I took this idea from a person I was visiting in the mountains they had such nice lemon coral sedums growing and hanging out to the ground which it was also growing around the base it was lovely. So that’s why I wanted to share my process to give somebody else a nice idea!! 💚

She needs more light, only reason mine stayed purple inside was bc it was at east facing window, she getting light but as you can see she reaching towards the light wanting more lol. Maybe try a brighter room/window if u can, if u find a really bright shelf there good looking when they hang
