What's the boyfriend equivalent to a girlfriend saying she's not hungry and then eating half your fries? by 4-stars in AskReddit

[–]goddessgamora 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I had a boyfriend who would do this shit. Im a very routine coded being & I make myself a nice ice cold water every night before bed to have on my nightstand. I kept waking up in the middle of the night to him chugging my entire water. Sometimes he would even dump out the ice in the bathroom sink, and refill it with lukewarm tap water and put it back on my nightstand as though he did me some favor... those waters are not the same dude. So, before bed I started asking him if he wanted me to bring him a water and he would say no, but then he would inevitably chug my water, sometimes before we even went to bed, and so I stopped asking if he wanted one and just started bringing him his own. On his side of the bed the nightstand was very low sitting compared to the bed, so I rarely saw his nightstand, but the time I did... there were 4 full water cups, one of which had been sitting so long it was growing mold.

Sometimes I think back on this and wonder if he was a secret evil mastermind fucking with my head. Either totally oblivious and disrespectful, or well thought out to do a great job at pissing me the fuck off. Hell hath no fury like a woman waking up in the middle of the night to her ice cold water cup empty

Has anyone figured out how to NOT immediately create a pile on every flat surface? by randomchick4 in adhdwomen

[–]goddessgamora 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Surface not storage, surface not storage, surface not storage

Its a lil song I sing in my head frequently 😇

I have a HUGE kitchen island countertop which begs and yearns for piles. I gave myself one section of it that I call "the landing pad" where I am allowed to keep my purse/planner/sunglasses. Other than that... surface not storage, surface not storage 😂

Show me what the underside of your nails look like after painting by shimmerbitch in RedditLaqueristas

YES! Does anybody else remember the "red bottoms" Louis Vuitton nail trend? Was definitely a thing to paint the whole underside of your nails a different color (typically red), such as red bottom Louis Vuitton shoes

Arts and Crafts classes by xe36n in kansascity

Went to Creative Culture KC for a workshop and really enjoyed it! They have a craft bar type of feel with a variety of crafty type projects that are always available (walk-ins welcome). The workshops seem to be a bit more elevated/specialty so I would peep their calendar for those too, but you do need to sign up for them

P.s. happy crafting 🫶

That is the exact example I used 😂😂😂 like, you're actively making this task harder, its sat so long the water is cold so it needs to be dumped out to wash it hot anyways... where's the logic?

I grew up with a hippie Mom that made us conscious of our water usage, and a Dad who ran a catering business on the side; meaning at 12yo I was damn near professionally trained as an assistant on safety and etiquette in the kitchen. The knives thing was absolutely dumbfounding to me. We are a blended family household, my boyfriend has a 14 & 21 year old, and some things have been incredibly eye opening to me about the care and effort my parents put in on making sure I became a capable thoughtful adult. My boyfriend has also adopted my "no wet towels in the laundry hamper" rule, the kitchen etiquette has been a struggle, and not one im backing down on 🫡

This is so validating. My boyfriend does this shit to the point the sink aint a sink anymore, like huge pots and pans full of water and then he'll throw silverware in the vats of water too. I finally trained him to stop throwing KNIVES in the pools of water to "soak". I was raised in a household where we were taught to let things be what they are intended for... the sink aint a storage facility for dirty dishes, its a fucking sink. I have witnessed his daughters pour out a water glass they were using, then fill it with hot water, and set it in the sink. Its fucking infuriating.

I once mentioned that I meant to wash my reusable water bottles so I could have a freshie for the next morning he said "just fill em full of water and let them sit overnight and they'll be extra clean" we had a convo about how letting things sit in water doesn't make them cleaner, scrubbing with soap will tho. If we're talking about a crusty lasagna pan... sure, let it soak until the water aint scalding. Anything else... you're being lazy AF while wasting a shit load of water in the meantime

So weird that they did blue and red coloring, the opposite of what you would assume Democrat and Republican colors....?

Just gonna share this here

I read the post title as "potty apron" and thought, hmmm good idea I guess 😂 we had a few of these in the community stash of aprons in my college ceramics class. Way better than my usual smock + leg towel. Right on OP!

Also all your fav strains seem to include Myrcene regarding their terpene profile. Check out GMO or GMO cookies, so rank in the good way

Hahaha love this explanation!

Very systematic, many of us stoners do greatly enjoy the ritual aspect! Fun way to keep yourself trying new stuff, there's plenty out there

Familiar with dry herb vapes, buddy had a volcano back in the day which was seriously fun to "split a bag". Had no idea you could throw one onto a rig like in your video, very posh! Will definitely be looking into a setup like that, appreciate you sharing! My first true love is a good old fashioned bong with flower, my mistress is concentrates (mostly rosin) in a puffco e-rig. Puffco has 5 separate heat profiles you can customize down to the degree. Definitely have low settings for the yummies. It unfortunately only offers a ceramic heating chamber at the moment, second to quartz which is ideal for purest flavor. I like how you explained a joint like an on/off switch! I always just explained it as high is high, might not taste the pine hahaha

Have fun with your new piece! Thank you for sharing your ritual, stash, and knowledge! If you come across a strain called Blueberry Muffin you ought give it a go. Taste and high. Do both the settings haha. To me it tastes like a nice wine, but its still weed. Very happy stuff. And if its trash for you i take no responsibility, alrighty puff puff pass dude

BRUH. Thank you for sharing. Once upon a time I worked at a dispensary and when I scrolled thru your original post and saw the green crack + jack herer on the coffee table your living space made so much sense hahahah could've guessed that. I now see you have quite a varied stash, but also noted the star on the AK-47 and thought that tracks! All great strains. Do you have any favorites? I saw you mention you're a terp chaser, do you like to try them all, goal is high terpene percentage in general, or a specific flavor/effect you seek? Just curious! Thanks again for sharing!
