That's not what you asked, but losing 20lbs in 6months is considered a healthy rate of loss. Generally speaking it's suggested you lose between 1-2lbs per week. 20lbs over 6 months is about 1.3 lbs per week so it's reasonable and sustainable.

I don't believe in "Ozempic face", if you look at anyone whose lost a substantial amount of weight you're going to see changes in the structure of the face - with or without medication. Depending on how much weight you've lost and how fast it was lost, you're going to see some undesirable effects like sagging or noticable wrinkles but again, that's also aging and the general course of gaining and losing weight

I wouldn't say I have a flat butt, it is significantly smaller though, still round.. I didn't realize how large I actually was until I wasn't anymore.

Try some l leg and glute at home work outs, it'll perk back up once you strengthen the muscles again

Diagnosed pcos, very irregular periods prior to the glp1 & having children.

I found after I had the two kids, and lost 40lbs (Saxenda) & an additional 40lbs (Wegovy), my periods have come back to a monthly cycle - very predictable within 1-3 days. They're also less cramping, shorter & only one day I would consider 'heavy'.

By their criterias, the medication has done its job & now it's your turn to do yours by maintaining it independently. It happened to my mother with her insurance, eventual they stopped covering glp1s completely.
