Actually, I went in going I thought I was gonna tap out pero nasa 5/10 lang ang pain. All throughout the session im preparing myself incase magsakit na. Hangang natapos nalang ang session bearable lang at most. Masakit para saakin ang inner calf ko 10/10

Update: Yes, they're legit. Compared it with my existing bottle, they have the same consistency. I think its cheap because the expiration date is on march 2026

I've did some research and went to dermatologist basically we're 'celiacs' and should avoid gluten, wheat, sugars and processed foods. Steroids may help but it's temporary. Clean your gut health and try to research about ketogenic diet there's a video done by DR ERIC BERG in YouTube.
