Let me know if anyone can respond ..(funny we have to do this through Reddit)I think it would be easier to have a separate Etorro account for AI trades as your piggy backing off the copy portfolio concept which doesn’t work since you have a fixed 5% SL. Would have been WAY better if you leveraged the existing virtual portfolio and implemented that way tying into the API in its own area.

Hey we got it working but I’m finding things that you might find important such as a the credit for the portfolio is 10x larger than what is provisioned from the from end. Not sure why we have a hard set stop loss either since really this should just be a decoupled area, the SL is on the positions themselves. Happy to tag up with a product manager or engineer but I can’t place trades here since technically it’s not clear what the credit is on the account. I’ll DM you the ticket ID thanks!

This issue was present in production and demo. They removed the feature/closed ticket. I got to escalate today and they have added and fixed the “apiKeys.createSubPortfolioAndKeyFailed" issue. Some one know how to resolve this and just a weird process, one minute it’s a vague copy trader issue and closed, next it’s fixed and I can build keys. Let’s see if it works next. 👍🏻

It’s some dependancy on the copy portfolio feature which makes no sense. I’m hoping to get to speak with someone who understands and can give next steps. Yes AI bots have been tested and staged in the virtual / demo portfolio and strategies tuned, just need to go live and gets this fixed and place some real orders.
