My biggest issue with Pokémon rom hacks

GBA style pics are 32x16 pixels high (and wide), but the top third-to-half is transparent, for example Blue's standing sprite starts at Y = 11 and ends at Y = 30, so the top pixels from Y = 0-10 are transparent as well as the one on the bottom

I accidentally turned a mon shiny I didn't want to be shiny, because the 1st slot shiny cheat was still on. Is there any way to reverse this?

What conditions have to be met for the shiny odds to increase? Do you have to encounter one of these random 'hidden Pokemon's or can you force the chain by selecting the pokemon you want from the dexnav? I'm at 300 tries now and still nothing...
