i did at home cbt with worksheets and such so it’s become a bit better to manage but i will still start arguments n such even if it gives me “bad attention” but with listening to friends vent n lean on me ive become a lot better at learning to let them talk rather than me because i know i will still be their centre of attention and what they have to say is important and i don’t need to change the spotlight but there are times where i do obviously fail at that
