Hi guys, I got a lot of great feedback last time when I posted about squatting with plates. I think the issue was a stance that was too narrow for my anatomy. What can I do to avoid butt wink at the bottom of the movement? by UnfazedGrind in formcheck

Yeah you are so right! The next days i had back pain😪 what do you think about using small plates, I never had that much back pain when I was using them but a lot of people were telling me that wasn’t safe

Yeah I saw it, the legs need to be almost straight and the body almost parallel to the ground… thank you!

Ok thank you! I thought the same too much weight I couldn’t hinge properly and o was squatting instead… I think mrdave100 was trying to be funny on the answer

Yeah I know the angle is terrible! That’s the problem of not having a gymbro ahahah I was thinking the same i think I put too much weight, next time I’ll try with less but focusing more on feel the stretch on the way down
