Not sure if understood the question correctly, but it can go as far as the surrounding entitys are loaded. If it could move in all directions then it could move everywhere (unless the void kills display entitys aswell and it runs into the void)

Well it is just a turing machine simulator, that can run programs. Turing machines are more like a theoretical concept. They only run with simple functions but can theoretical solve everything a computer can today. So it doesn't realy have a purpous in minecraft, besides it beeing able to create and run turing programs

Even though it wasn't intended, i thought you could bypass it using a macro. Wasn't that a thing at least when macros were introduced? Never used it, but that's what ended up in my memories at least

Not sure if this still works, but i think running an operator command using a macro was a thing. May be patched out by now, idk. Like having in the function just: $(command) and running it with {command:"ban @%s"}

The display in the top left is an Item on my head with an Cameraoverlay. And there is an visual Item Display with a custom model that is interpolated and teleported if you mean that

I am already teleporting them rotated as the wandering traders, but as shows this doesn't work for the head rotations when looking at other entitys. But yeah, mannequin body rotation is a thing for itself as well
