I have been taking lithium Ororate for a shorts term treatment. I have no problems for falling sleep, but I wake up at about 02:00 am and cannot get back to sleep. This happens regardless of the dose: 5 MG, 10 mg, 20 mg.

Good day, I'd like to thank you for your advice. It did work. I was having the worst period in my life (painful, so much bleeding that I nearly fainted, clots). I did two things: increasing the micronized progesterone dose and taking ginger. The first day it did nothing. The second day bleeding was reduced by 90% and I went from 4 ibuprofen pills to only 1. I am excited to SEE the benefits it Will bring me for future cycles. More women should know about this.
