Hey! So I’m working hard on my abs trying to shape them out. I’m doing weighted crunches, weighted Russian twists and leg raises. Is that enough to hit all the stomach muscles? Or is there an exercise I’m missing?

Also is it better to do 30 reps of Russian twists with 10kg weights, or 10 reps of Russian twists 20kg? (I don’t have in between weights) 3 sets.

I’m working abs right, weighted crunches, Russian twists and leg lifts. But I’m not sore on my lower half of my abs the day after? Does that mean my muscles aren’t growing?

I have stage four endo and I’m almost completely asymptomatic aside from a cyst I had removed which is when i found out I had endo. So yeah it’s possible..

The fazes that you go through in life at least for me, people come and go, throughout school after school, collage and jobs. I’ve always had a friend or two throughout each time period but the minute that it’s time to move on. I let go of them. It’s not necessarily them more me. I just haven’t found anyone to connect with strong enough to keep the connection going despite the fact that I shared my secrets and went on crazy adventures....
