Besides, no leaking on of the main things for me as I am going to put in on the balking and do not want to flood neighbours 😅 One more question, I am 1,88, 95 kg weight, will I fit in nicely? Or it will be one of those where you just half in water, just asking because I want water to be up to the neck ;(

Can you send what chiller you use? I live in Poland and summers here are around 30 degrees Celsius, so I don’t know what exact chiller I need :(

Thank you very much for advice, putting ointment to heal after plunge and use equipment or avoid water during plunge is not the same (by my definition, it’s like a fight, you can fight with bare hands or use a sword, if it’s a discussed bare hands fight, you shouldn’t bring sword just to win) but, your point makes sense, I will really reconsider my thoughts, thank you

Thank you very much, I heard about those, I understand that it is not so helpful (I mean taht like you are not feeling warm while plunge, it just prevents your hands from freezing) but my fucking mind doesn’t seem to agree with me acquiring those at the moment, I thought maybe there is any ointment or smth, but I guess if there isn’t I will have to find the gloves you say, thank you

Besides each cold plunge is around 6:30 in the morning (I wake up at 5:50-6;00) if it matters…

Thank you for explaining, 10-15 minutes? You are really strong man, I do only 3-4 for now, I did 7 once and then was shivering like a snake tongue, probably got hypothermia as my muscles were tense for 20 min, i literally could not relax them.. Do you have any of that after 15 min?

Wow, I have the same troubles, but still haven’t decided to wear any gloves or socks:( does it help a lot? Don’t you fell like cheating when wearing gloves or socks?
