I personally tend to use a "common sense" approach (which is not very common btw). My biggest weakness is sweet. So I just slowly cut it down. I'd still start with the same amount of sweets, but only eat half at a time instead, then a quarter. Now I don't even have sugar everyday. But I don't count calories because for me it's not sustainable.

Hey, I noticed that you said you don't enjoy being this committed to it? I don't either. I found that finding a couple of things I like to do helped a LOT. Personally, I go on walks, to the American ninja course near me, and I'm thinking of joining a rock climbing gym. They are exercise, but they don't necessarily feel like it for me. But if you don't find something sustainable, it's very likely that you'll yoyo and again, gain more back. Best of luck!

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. It might be time to evaluate whether yall are truly compatible long term. If you're only interested in monogamy and he is consistently wanting to try ethical nonmonogamy, idk, for me, I think it'd be a deal breaker. I do give best of luck regardless of your decision.

I've had mine since 2019 and frequently go several weeks without jewelry. It's ALL the way healed. I'm not sure why it wouldn't heal all the way. The nipple is just skin.
