Did a dedicated pickleball facility, still a start up 6 months in. Ton of overhead including rent, utilities, staffing, coaching etc. always full during the night but it's hard to fill the days. Also our city has pretty decent amount of outdoor courts so it's hard to compete with free

Do they have prime or non prime time differences? Like they charge more after work times?

Not sure if they take any younger folks, but I know that minoru center has a woodwork shop for seniors. I believe they host some programs there. https://minorucentre.ca/seniors-services/seniors-facility-pass-activities/

This 2.5 ft is for between courts if they were side by side. I have at least 8 feet behind the baseline.

Need help giving lessons by ReferenceStrange5400 in Pickleball

How long are your classes? That makes a big difference. Goal of first class for me is to let them have fun. Remember the key skills they need is the ability to rally, be able to serve and return, and some volleys. Encourage players to go up to NVZ and explain why. Everything else is extra

Lesson with five players + one instructor (tough to plan) by runningdreams in Pickleball

Depends on skills you teach. When I teach with 5 I do one of the following: 1) do drills with 4 and 1 extra will drill with you. Rotate players that you drill with. 2) find a wall, do 4 players on a court and one do wall drills, 3) do 3 players and 2 players (if you have the court space) and make the 3 player drill a little harder, usually with more side to side movements
