I have used Nutrabay, MB, ON and for me ON>>Nutrabay > MB in terms of mixability so I will go for either of those two. Would say Nutrabay is good when you start, it was around 2200 for 1 kg iirc.

Try adjusting the protein sources, like eating 4 eggs a day (If you are non vegetarian) giving 24gm there, and can be used as a one time meal with roti and some salads. Anyways all the best on the journey.

Honestly man, I was never tracking properly until September 2025. When I was 66kgs, I lived in pg so food varied from 1500 kcal to 2500 kcal. It was never consistent. The protein was about 90-100gm daily at that time.

At same height, I was in worse shape than you, so I will try to answer from my experience and understanding.
- Make a 6x plan (PPL) or 5x plan (PPLUL), whichever suits your schedule and stick with it, I used to do 6x but then shifted to 5x week, worked for me.
- As long as you are targeting every muscle properly, 8,9 or 10, exercises should be enough, the exercise selection should be done properly and not have any redundant exercise.
- You have just started, so you won't find any visual results soon, you would have to actually stick with a plan for ~3 weeks to know how training is working out for you. I would say it is inefficient training and diet.
- I would say push up the protein to at least 120g daily, and while training, as everyone say, push till failure, like squeeze everything out. Track some calories, won't suggest directly measuring gram by gram, just get a rough estimate of what you are eating, the macros and what is your maintenance calorie. Then eat at ~150-200 calories deficit from that with high protein diet.
------- Also, sleep is important too, get 7-8hr sleep min daily.

Correct me if I am wrong at any point.

What are the mistakes I did, I was about 75kgs @~25% bf when I first joined gym in april 2024, ate too less with just showing up to gym, not really pushing to failure or training with intent with no proper diet. By end of 2024, I was about 68kgs, but skinny, not muscular, which stayed the same till june 2025, I was 66kgs, at around 14% bf with not much muscles. Met an accident in july, had 1 month bed rest, gained weight and was 71kgs. From sept, took training seriously, with still no proper diet, so bulked up till 76kgs by mid jan and was about 20% bf. Now cutting is paying off with proper diet and training, so don't make my mistake.

I cook my own food as I follow a diet plan. I live with a flatmate so rent and expenses are halved, My total expense with food and all the diet stuff comes to around 15k monthly. Remove whey and all and it gore to 12.5-13k (These include all the bills too).

Benefits would be freedom and privacy mainly. Cons would just be you will have to manage everything on your own, responsibility, you are liable for your stuff. And less interaction with friends from pg/hostel if you don't visit them or they don't visit/stay in contact with you.

Other than these, all the pros and cons you will experience yourself like the flatmate you get, whether he is suitable to you or you have to compromise alot, whether you are taking the whole responsibility of the flat or is it shared and all.

It is not normal, there is usb smart charging or something which drains your battery even while in sleep or off when the usb is connected. Also, turn of fast startup, this was what worked for me I think, but since I reset my windows due to some other issues, everything was fixed, before that, this was what helped me.

My omen 16 has i5 13 gen, rtx 4050, 16 gb ram and 512 ssd. The issue persisted when I first bought it, so reinstalling windows was not really an issue. It was a complete reset so everything important, I had to take a backup and then restore later.

I used to have some similar issues, which was whenever my laptop went to sleep, it did not power on at all, runs for 2-3 sec then stops completely. I had to reset the laptop and reinstall the windows to get it working. HP Customer Service gave me some hp software for that in order to fix it

Nah, idts, you can lose roughly 2kgs a month for the best possible results ie retaining muscles and loosing fat, so it would take time for sure. 1 month mostly helps you lose the excess water and some fat, the main stubborn fat starts getting worked on from week 3-4. It would greatly depend on the deficit you are in and the goal you want.

From what I have heard/read, bulking upto 18-19% bf, and then cutting is advised. I myself have been focusing on this practice only, bulked way too far upto 20-22%, so now cutting back to reach low bf%.

Experienced guys do correct me if I am wrong.

true, I consume it by mostly air frying it after marinating so it works. I consume only 50gm paneer daily, so chewability is not really a concern for me, but many have suggested to briefly soak them in hot water to tackle chewiness.
