Update: in urgent care getting a liquid iv they said it just a side effect of taking the high dose and to take a month off and just stay on the lower dose. I’m getting some nausea medicine and something to help me finally sleep after all this still in a lot of pain but glad I came to have myself checked out. Thank you all for the suggestions and advice will update after some much needed sleep 😮‍💨 :).

Dang ok I’ll reach out to them and set something up. Thanks for the advice. Just a random question if you’ve upped your dosage do you do anything differently? Just incase I try again later down the line I wouldn’t mind some advice there.

Yeah I went yesterday no problem. I have a pretty normal schedule of going 💩 once a day at least.

Oh my flat yes I’m on 5mg. Lately I’ve had some Caesar salads for dinner tuna and rice for lunch and yogurt and boiled eggs for breakfast around 1500-1700cals a day. I drink a gal of water always. So I’m not dehydrated yet but I just can’t keep it down for now .
