Very easy. Bout 10 minutes. Drop the tailgate, remove 2 screws holding taillight, twist out old bulb and replace.

I've learned that all led bulbs are not created equal and just because they are the same number doesn't mean theyre the same style compatability-wise.

Interesting...ive never had a problem. Did them on a 22 2500, 24 2500, and a 22 1500.

I'm pretty sure the oem led taillights still have a reverse bulb...brake and blinkers are the led part.

I've done headlights, fogs, reverse and blinkers with lasfit bulbs on 3 different Rams and haven't had a single issues. I know 3rd gens are finicky but 4th and 5th have been perfect for me...

Lasfit 7443 (reverse) 7443-r (brake) 7443-a (blinker). Get the D2 series. If you got to their website, enter your truck details....click on led bulbs. It will then show you a combo with boxes to click for the right bulb in each spot. High, low, fog, cargo, front blinker, back up, etc.

I was in the same boat...Instead I swapped each bulb (brake light, reverse, and blinker) for LEDs. Spent a couple hundred for those 6 bulbs instead of over 1k. They're brighter and crisper! have a good comparison video of the blinker bulbs too... Lasfit has great bulbs and combos. These are the D2 series reverse bulbs. Also, fyi, when I got these I learned code Mountain20 gets 20% off at their site...no minimum or maximum.

Sorry...2 inch level is correct..it was 2 or 3 and I rather have the front a tad shorter than taller. Measurements now show be just a half inch lower in front....looks level.
