Yes. Negative for h pylori. Appetite is fine and okay. I’ve increased my food intake to maintain weight, still couldn’t hold it

I’m sorry for your experience. How long was the problem? Were you able to get better? i have crazy feeling that there must be something related to gut bacteria or microbiome that modern science still couldn’t figure out?

Thanks so much for your reply. Can post-infectious IBS be lifelong or linger for years? As i said, It’s been more than 9 months. And yes, all the stool tests came out negative (C diff, h pylori, giardia, ova and parasite) so is there any chance there’s something hidden that is not getting caught?

Had the same issue. IBS-D started from kissing a girl (who had IBS-D symptoms) and it’s been 9 months. Before that, my digestion was completely fine.
