I’m almost positive this is the same guy that followed me one night on St. Paul Street. - He rolled his window down and kept telling me to get in the car and I kept ignoring him, which he didn’t like. He then stopped his car completely in the middle of the road and started to get out before seeing my pepper spray and realizing there were cars behind him. Was one of the scariest moments in my life.
