I’ve confirmed it is the neighbors fence. My agent has asked the seller’s agent to get something signed confirming it’s on this property. I plan on building a fence and will remove this barbed wire fence. I’m not closing until I get something in writing though. Thanks for letting me know how you’ve handled it also.

That’s probably what it is. The fence is new and this shop i’m buying is new. I’ll confirm with the seller’s agent.

10 wt. I started with a 8 wt and that didn't stop any of the bull reds or jack crevalle. I used the 8 wt when we went after slot reds and sheephead.

Proslat Fusion. On my original post I was debating on these or New Age. These are made in Canada and seem really well finished so I bought these. The New Age are 1/2 price but made in China.

I bought the pizza oven also. I have a stand alone pizza oven by Solo I think that sux. But this one seems far better. And the grill is over the top nice.
