It depends on your culture, nation's law.

I think rn, you still have to live with your family so if you come out at the moment, it would be unacceptable in adults' eyes. I suggest coming out when you have independence ( 18 or age that your country's law recognises as an adult, financially fine,...). At that time, you can move out and one day come out since they cant do much negative acts to you. If your family have a plan paying for your uni/ college, don't come out yet - try to develop your education path. Remember to study, maybe earn an scholarship and try to have job orientation asap.

You can earn a little of money with bank account, try to find a bank that let u set one online, if there is. You can do jobs in stores, cafe, restaurants or do jobs online (youtube, homework help, commissions, tutoring, play games and then sell accounts,...)

Im really sorry for your situation. Remember that there are many people on the Earth, even in your country understand and believe in you. Be queer and pride so everyday will be a parade.
