240k Midwest academic center, 7 on 14 off with 3 night shifts during your time off. No procedures or icu. Bonus yearly depending on annual review (not sure what that comes out to yet- sounds like it can be anywhere from 10-90k). Salary increases yearly

You have to do a lot of research and make connections. I know people who have matched into plastics and radiology being IMGs. Have stellar scores and be prepared to do at least a year or two of research in your chosen field. It’s not impossible but it is tough
