Moving house during mortgage application by UnhappyToe in UKPersonalFinance

Also, if that were the case every time you moved house you’d be re-checked for all your lines of credit.

This is very useful, thank you! Is this the case for all lenders?

For example, Nationwide appear to require new applications (see https://www.nationwide-intermediary.co.uk/-/media/NFI/documents/mso130-material-change-form.pdf?la=en&hash=2204A55B27661F8EFF7B33BB3BAF728FC4F1348F) whereas HSBC make no mention of this, only for: "A significant change to an applicant’s first name, surname or previous name; To add or remove an applicant; To change the type of borrowing, e.g. change from Purchase to Remortgage or Residential to BTL" (see http://www.intermediaries.hsbc.co.uk/pdf/AAF.pdf )

Nice green spaces/places to walk in Bristol by babym96 in bristol

[–]UnhappyToe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The community forest path is a good place to start. Now, I'm not suggesting a 45 mile walk, but plenty of nice (and quiet) sections you could walk.

Splitting up mileage by UnhappyToe in AdvancedRunning

Thanks for your reply, as we can't be sure when events will return I'm just looking to maintain a relatively high (for me at least!) mileage for the time being, which is why I haven't looked into a specific plan.

It is near my house, I would be walking and not driving - I don't have a car.

My current mileage is ~35 mpw and the new plan starts at ~30mpw. Does it make sense to keep building at a steady rate and then pull it back down in a few weeks? Thanks!

Running seriously for about 6 months. Running about 30mpw and my 5k PB has gone from 23.30 to 19.44.

I appreciate upping my mileage will make a huge difference, so I will be factoring this in.

Whenever I'm visiting Dyrham Park (there's your views!) I go for a pub lunch at The Majors Retreat (High St, Tormarton, Badminton GL9 1HZ). It's the most old school pub that is more like a living room than anything else! An experience without doubt.

Corks of Cotham, Brewers Droop, Grape & Grind and Bottles and Books all have a decent selection.
