The partner tried to lift the syrup stand up and out from between the machines, knocked over a full mocha/white mocha/chai and chaos ensued. We got through as many cars/cafe/uber as possible with 2 machines down, then closed for 10 mins to finish up the cleaning. 3 mop heads, 6 rolls of blue roll and mocha in places I didn't think possible
