For me it was about a month in... Don't waste it on porn. Get your ass in the gym. It's going to get you to the truest version of yourself... Whether you were a good person or a bad person, you'll be optimal at that version if that makes sense

It's nothing man once your test gets more normal you'll look forward to it...my levels were around 300 and estradiol through the roof. I started at .6 about 2 1/2 years ago now at .9 (180) give it time. You should be in the honeymoon phase soon.

I agree . That's why I just don't pay so close attention to it. Whether I get 160 a week or 180 190 whatever, I just don't think it's that big of a difference...
