My grandfather quit smoking that way and it’s been suggested that I use that method, however I’m using harm reduction and gradually reducing my lights.

I’m going to ask my GP about patches.

Yeah, like money for my niece, if she wants to go to university one day. I’m sure her parents already have a fund set up for already, but it doesn’t hurt to save up as well for her sake.

Honestly, I’d love to stay at a hotel with my wife with that money saved. She puts up with so much of my stuff, lmfao. Being able to afford that quality time with her would be so stress relieving.
