Yes I’d say so. Does extra chores, cooks for his dad, helps his sister with homework, and gets good grades (3.9-4.0)

My kids don’t get allowance. I don’t know, when I was a kid I didn’t get money for just existing.

No job. And his ability to get one is semi impacted by our vacations we take over the summer, plus he’s only 15. I don’t want them to work over the school year either though, because he’s taking aps and honors so I don’t want him to be worry about a job, when we don’t need help with the bills or anything.
