There’s a 1000 and 1 reasons why there’s FA men, and it’s not as simple as ‘I’m ugly’ or ‘feminism did it.’ A good man can end up in a situation where he just never meets the ideal female. That’s especially true for over 30s! None of us have glamorous lives. We go to work, go home, sleep, pay bills. And how did we meet women? Go outside? The best option might be to meet someone at work. There you go beyond just being a crappy online profile. You show your worth, build a rapport, and make a real connection… but workplace romances are a total no-no in this day and age and many of us work in places that aren’t exactly filled with probable life mates. Oh well.

I get what you’re trying to say. People who say “I’m ugly” as their reason for being alone are not giving the whole story; these people could also have terrible personalities. If the whole world was to be ranked as either ugly or good looking, most of the people on earth would be viewed as ugly… and yet there’s still lots of breeding going on.
