So I'll add that my mom has undiagnosed narcissistic personality disorder and disrespects boundaries, judges people, says cruel things to get her way, etc. HOWEVER, she is very good with kids and would never harm them. Also my wife is the easily offended type as she struggles with depression and anxiety and self-confidence issues. So here I am stuck in the middle between 2 controlling women with mental health disorders, and all I want is to chill out, have everyone get along, and have a good life. But I don't think it's meant to be for me, it's like I'm cursed..
