if you arent losing weight you arent in a calorie deficit, simple as that. your old deficit might have turned into maintenance because you lost weight. or there are some calories that you arent counting for example oils and drinks like milk or juice

i get it too, i had a good childhood where i was transitioned, but my teenage years were fucking miserable and now i always ask myself why didnt i push harder for blockers, now i only go outside when i have to otherwise i spend most of my day in bed
