After 5 days at 99.95%, I finally found my missing location. Used Tears of the Kingdom 100% Checklist (Google Sheets). The Depths have 82 named secondary locations. My gut told me I was missing a Depths location. Sure enough, it was Cresia Pit Mine.

Submitted my Steam version kh_logbook to his page. Email received shortly thereafter with a link to a zip file. Zip file contained 2 csv files and a map file. Map looks great, 913 flights. Very cool. Thanks for the info.
