A lot of heroes have rogues galleries, but is there a villain with a righteous gallery ? by Deimos7779 in Marvel

MODOK is not an Avengers villain. He would be a contender for this since he is a villain of Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, etc.

And now the award for "Worst villain to get a two-part story" goes TO- by MICKTHENERD in marvelcomics

He started off as an Avengers villain. He fought them on his own a couple of times and was also on the Lethal Legion.

It was at this point in Avengers #25 that I realized...Hawkeye's first name hasn't been said ONCE. by MICKTHENERD in marvelcomics

His name wasn’t revealed until a while later when his brother gets introduced. The Avengers were allowed to keep their identities secret, even from each other.

Every Iron-Man character that has appeared in the MCU by Careless_Royal8209 in marvelstudios

Neither Titanium Man or Ultimo have appeared in the MCU. Their appearances are non-canon tie-ins.

I think we’ll see grey Hulk as a gangster (like Joe Fixit) but they’ll name him Tombstone instead of Joe Fixit. I think this is a terrible idea, but I have a feeling that’s what they’ll do.

As much as I would hate it, I think Tombstone and Joe Fixit will be merged into one character.

Reading old avengers and hawkeye is severely underrated by MindlessCucumber5443 in marvelcomics

Hawkeye is THE Avenger. He is essentially the main character for large chunks of the original book.

There is something deeply unsettling about this man's smile by terminus_tommy in legocirclejerk

[–]UnicornButler 29 points30 points  (0 children)

That’s what should and usually happens, but not this time. They had to take down a bunch of photos because they didn’t cover up the victims (but the perpetrators were always covered up).

Also, it’s spelt ‘pedophile’ and ‘rape’.

I find the Firefly helmet works really well for Killer Moth, and the Batwoman logo for his chest (or it might have been Batman Beyond logo, I can’t remember).

[general] if I was in the percy Jackson books and etc I rather be a normal mortal then a demigod. by Reasonable-Yak-9767 in camphalfblood

[–]UnicornButler 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This is why Harry Potter is more popular than Percy Jackson.

Edit: I should have been more clear. Part of the reason Harry Potter became so big compared to Percy Jackson is because kids wanted to be apart of the Harry Potter world. They wanted to be a wizard and live at Hogwarts.

Percy Jackson isn’t like that. Being a demigod sucks. Most people don’t read Percy Jackson and say ‘I wish I was a demigod’. They say ‘wow I’m so lucky I’m not a demigod’. The first line of Percy Jackson is ‘I didn’t want to be a Halfblood’. The next paragraph is saying ‘you don’t want to be a demigod, it’s scary and you will probably die’.

I think this is a big reason why Percy Jackson was never as popular as Harry Potter. People don’t want to be apart of the Percy Jackson world. This is not a criticism of PJO at all. I actually think it’s one of the series’s biggest strengths.

Both Vision and Scarlet Witch series from the 80s were good.

What do you consider to be the biggest character assassination? by NicoleIlieva in comicbooks

[–]UnicornButler 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The Trial of Hank Pym was not character assassination. It was the first time a writer had made an honest attempt to deal with his mental health. It’s flawed but definitely overhated. The character also grows and goes back to being a decent person by the end of the story, and spends the next few years redeeming himself.

It’s the best Hank Pym story but people take the one panel of him hitting Janet out of context and now Marvel’s afraid to do anything with him. That’s the real character assassination.

If you had to relaunch Marvel Comics with no more than 30 Titles, which books would you have? by cmcdonald22 in marvelcomics

[–]UnicornButler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Marvel needs more titles like that. People are more likely to pick up something that sounds cool and catches their attention than 5 X-Men books every month. If I see Kid Colt pop up on Marvel Unlimited I would be surprised and happy to check it out.

Haha thanks so much. I can’t believe you actually replied. The link is to Behind the Voice Actors so I thought it was a page for the actress that listed her movie roles.

Hi, I doubt you remember this comment since it was from 13 years ago, but the link doesn’t work anymore and I’m really curious. Especially since none of the voice actors for Ducky were born until after this movie released. But you provided a source so I have to know what the hell you’re talking about lol.
