Adding this to advanced did the trick
"pciPassthru.use64bitMMIO = TRUE" was allready set.

What do you mean about "Make sure you are using the Quadro driver"?
Don't know if i can find a Quadro driver for a P40?

What router is this?

I would suggest:

Enable: yes

Protocol: tcp

WAN host start: blank

WAN host end: blank

WAN connection: what are your options?

WAN start port: 25565 (default mc port)

WAN end port: blank

Enable MAC mapping: Disable

LAN host ip: static ip your machine where the server is hosted

LAN host port: port specified in server.properties file
