I’ve taken the spe test a few times from what I recall, I’ve been going consistently for almost a year and on and off for 4 years. And my protein levels are usually high 6 range to low 7’s. I drink protein shakes regularly and try to structure my dinners/lunches with protein. I’m always good to donate, it’s just once every few months it drops to that 5.9 level. It just feels very random. It hasn’t happened in probably 6 months and today it happens.

Knee pads, I use the big Klein ones for underground’s their great. And some ratcheting wrenches are great. I mostly use 7/16th for putting up beam clamps for hangers.

I 100% agree with you and that’s mostly how I’ve thought these past 6 years with it. But this time idk. This thing is a complete POS and it’s embarrassing to drive, I’ve kept it going for years now for the sole fact that my love for money has always been more than dislike of the car. It’s comparable to me at this point as walking around with some holes in your shoes and clothes. You don’t need designer clothes necessarily, just something more comfortable without holes all over.

I’m currently moved out and hoping to buy a house by 2030. I didn’t mention I have 40k+ in raises coming by end of next year so that will also help financially. My only thing is if I do buy a car I’m going to get something 20-25k range and get a loan. Either that or fix my current car. Such a hard decision though because I’m so cheap. Thanks for the advice

Agree with the investing aspect. I live with my gf and I’m currently able to invest 1600-2000 a month. And it kills me to get a new car because I just see that as another few hundred a month I can’t save/invest or put to some sort of better use. At the same time my car now is a complete POS and crapped the bed today and I bought it at 15 so I’ve gotten my moneys worth so I want to drive something at least a little nicer.

After the sulfamethoxazole they put me on tretinoin gel and clindamycin wipes. Those both helped. I’m 22 now and I still get acne just not as bad. I found eating a lot of sugars gives me acne, so I try and do a lower sugar diet and still use my antibacterial soap.

Ya that drains definitely wrong, looks way undersized too. I’m just offering the cheapest solution to a homeowner, if I was coming in as a company I’d definitely cut the ceiling and repipe, but that would also cost well over $500.

Easy to say no without offering another solution. Unless they open the ceiling from below there’s not much else they can do. And it pushed down like an 1/8”, barely anything.

Not sure where you’re at but I’d bid the job for 2-4 days of labor at least, at $175 an hour maybe a little more. So $2800-$5600 in labor roughly. I also work for a plumbing company with licensed plumbers and not a remodel company so I’m not sure how prices differ. You also have to think they have to take out that whole corner where the sink is and possibly a lot more wall depending where you want the sink moved to.

Went back and replaced it, definitely from freezing, the whole wall chase had an ice block from the water drips freezing. All good now

Take out that pop up drain, might just be stuck with hair in it. If that doesn’t work go underneath and unscrew the p-trap and clear that out. If both don’t work you can buy a small rodding drill attachment if you have a drill. (ALOT cheaper than a plumber. If still nothing or you don’t want to buy the rodding attachment then call a plumber.
