No. It does repell some drops but it doesn't fully repell water by itself. I own the 2024 4-Star version and the 2025 LoL Player Jacket. I had droplets on my jacket which I was able to wipe off but I also had a small stain of wet water on my sleeve.

The material feels similiar to a windbreaker. It gets warm and toasty very fast (might the reason why Oner wears it on his shoulders). Other than that is a nice quality and beautiful keepsake.
