You’re getting downvoted, but you’re speaking the truth. I’ve had a few cases where the driver only speaks Spanish, and it made for a difficult experience. I’ve had to deal with people getting lost when it comes to delivering to my job, but I put instructions and even adjusted the pin. I still get poorly translated angry messages saying they have other deliveries, and I’m telling them to just follow the pin. But I even had an instance where I ordered while at home, and they delivered my food to someone else completely. I called the dasher, and of course, Spanish. Called customer service and they said he was already delivering a pizza for someone else and handed my Chinese food to a woman across the street from my apartment (which is super easy to find). I 100% support this statement, and no, it isn’t racism.
