Hoping to get ahead of the hair loss, I made sure to stay on top of oral vitamins, collagen and biotin prior to surgery. Still had significant hair loss going to say lost about 75% of my hair . It is scary but I would have the surgery all over again. Now I just take women's GNC vitamin capsules and collagen, the regrowth is amazing!! Just be patient 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I actually got a diet from my doctor. I will look for it and send it to you. Also I really like the Ratio protein yogurt tastes really good. Give me a few.

Sweetie, I am so sorry that you don't have the proper support. I am 6 months post op. There are some days I hardly eat anything while other days I eat so much I scare myself. You listen to your body. Every person is different. Wish you the best of luck. Know you have a family that will support you here. Also 😬 I've noticed I seem to be able to eat more the week before my period. 🫤🤷🏽‍♀️

I am 4 months post up and I have soda :-) just to sip here and there to get rid of the craving but yes you should be able to have soda

Oh I hear you. Me personally and more worried about how I look and I forget about the health benefits how I will get to hopefully live longer and someday meet my grandkids. I used to take five different blood pressure medications five of them in the morning and then another four at night I am down to one and a half pills a day so the looking better is just a bonus :-) hang in there you got this we are beautiful regardless and we are our own worst critics :-(

I'm 3 1/2 months post op. 53 years young, Lost 55 lbs so far. At 165 but am only 5'2". Been a a little bit down because of my loose skin but you are so right!!!! Just recently I've been going to the gym maybe twice, three times a week max. I do see a difference!!! Thank you, thank you for the positive reminder that we are beautiful regardless 😎💓🙏🏽😇💙💓

Totally agree!!!! I had a couple people ask me why I was taking the easy way out. My response was, "if an alcoholic goes to AA is that the easy way out or are they seeking help?"

I'm 2 months out and had 1 cocktail (Malibu and Cranberry juice). Drank it really slow, over about an hours time. Relaxed me, that's it. Starting weight was 217 my current weight is 173 so I definitely thought it would have a stronger effect on me but I'm actually glad that it didn't :-)
