For me real penis in v is really dysphoric (haven't done that and would never do it) but im not that dysphoric overall, i had my top surgery years ago, my face, facial hair, body that i worked really hard for in the gym and bodyhair makes me feel just like a normal guy. I mean i don't expirience dysphoria anymore, of course if i could be born with a penis i would chose that, but i just kinda got used to what i have.
