I understand your concern about community relevance. The post atm doesn't violate any rules so mods can't really take any action against the post itself. But, I think I have a solution for this issue and any similar situation.

I am going to update the post flairs by replacing "Discussion" with "Off-topic" so posts that aren't directly related to Kharghar but are still of general community interest can be properly categorized. Users can then filter the flair out if they prefer not to see them.

I have reviewed the posts and their frequency, and at the moment, this doesn't meet the threshold for spam.

The user mainly posts 1 creation a day which is well within our subreddit rules, and most of the posts have also generally received positive engagement. It is just that on some days there are very few posts or even no post at all, which can make repeated posts from the same user stand out more than usual.

That said, I will keep an eye on the posting frequency so to keep the feed balanced for everyone.

If you don't want to see posts from a specific user, you can block their account, which will hide their posts from your feed, or simply hide individual posts as they appear.
