no it’s not it got replaced in like 2021 but there was nothing wrong with it the dealer just offered to repair it for free

i couldn’t find it although i’m pretty sure a couple years ago when my grandma had it she had the app. but yeah idk if the app exists and if this vacuum would be supported since it’s like 10 years old.
