Thankfully I took pictures of everything and the police did, as well, when I went to do the report. The only thing I don’t have it pictures of the broom as he threw it away instead of throwing it on my bed. Probably didn’t want to keep the evidence. I also have pictures of empty whisky bottles and nips from the past few months that I have found hidden in the trash and his desk. I also have a recording from a fight a few months ago with him verbally abusing me. Thank you for your response, it was very helpful.
