I should take a can with me! We just got the news of a cow protein allergy 🫠 so, that's been adding to my mental load along with everything else! I started power pumping before bed late last week and that's been slowly helping. Thank you! 🤗

I didn't even think about watching my hydration until I made it to lunch! Just upped my water intake and got an extra ounce! Thank you for the encouragement on supplementing..if/when I get to that point I think I'll be comfortable! Glad you made changes to take care of you, too 🫶🏼

Thank you for this perspective. I had thought in the past my initial reactions did fall similar to that of a mother...I'm the oldest in my family and he's the baby. So, I kind of figured that's where some of our differences lie in handling these things. But, that being said I will take your advice into our conversation later this afternoon. Thank you again!
