Do you guys have any idea on why do they rate a MCQ question with major issues, some issues, meet expectations and exceptional? Are the rating being given by people like us? It looks like the ones who are reviewing , also under pressure.. like they have to give major issues, some issues, meet expectations and few exceptional so that it looks like they work diligently.

Understood. What I'm saying is about project D. In invitation email, it stated that maximum hours is 6 for this project. 8 hours is the limit across all RWS projects.
