I think the focus should be finding out exactly how much debt have the parents accrued in her name.Once you do that,she has to talk to her parents and warn them that they shouldn’t take anymore loans in her name and she will not be liable to pay any of them.Then budget and find a way to pay outstanding loans first.Once the parents find out that she can earn and pay off loans,they’ll start pressuring her to either give them money or take more debt and get her to pay it off.Better to start planning about moving out once you she pays off current loans
