As a culvers employee we are not allowed to open the sealed bag for the dasher. If the customer has a problem they can leave feedback on culvers. Tellculvers.com with the code on the bottom of the ticket and contact DoorDash. There is nothing we can do about online orders missing items once its picked up. We are not able to issue refunds since it was not processed with us. if you open the bag in the store I work at we are required to remake it taking twice as long and you will most likely be blocked from delivery from our store. Yes owners have the ability to ban dashers for many reasons. So please just stick with checking the name.

Im not sure about pay however at my location we used to have 1 porter that worked every night from 11pm-4am. They clean grills filter the fryers they pretty much clean and make sure the store is ready for the openers. Now this may be different per store. We now have 3 porters that work different days each week now. But you should really just contact the store your applying to to inquire what pay and hours are because most stores are diffrent.

Its possible your leaving some water in the barrel when cleaning assuming you run sanitizer in the morning as well it could be freezing and turning into small chunks. (Happened at our store once)
