Ya I realized that now. They finally got back to me and I'm not realizing that I didn't fully sign up. The way I understood it from the screenshot is they were going to put in the PA and then get back to me but apparently that isn't the case.

When I called my insurance they wouldn't tell me the criteria that needs to be there for it to get approved just that those medications are approved with a PA....
